Quifel operates in the Information Technologies area through the investments in Reditus Group and Novabase.
Quifel Holdings is the leading shareholder of the Grupo Reditus, with a stake around 28%. Pursuing a sector consolidation strategy, in December 2008, Reditus started acquiring Tecnidata and, in December 2009, acquired also Partblack (the representative of Panda Security in Portugal).
The Group is currently divided into two business areas:
- Services Outsourcing and
- Engineering and Mobility.
The Services Outsourcing Area is the main responsible for the revenues of the Group and it includes the following activity areas: Business Process Outsourcing, Outsourcing of IT Infrastructures, Contact Centers and IT Consulting. The area of Engineering and Mobility Solutions includes: Engineering systems, Mobility systems and Personalization of financial documents.
